The (Level 2 Award in Food Hygiene in Catering) has been designed to be used in a          classroom/training room environment, enabling multiple participant training.

The CD can be used with a laptop or PC through a projector or on a TV screen.
The package also comes with laminated handouts and question sheets for photocopying.
Video clips are included on the CD and ability to print in-house certificates.
The course contains all fifteen modules required by law.

The package also contains (Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.) for one person at a time to use (as shown on page two) and the 43 page book CD which contains all text from training course and can be used for printing off single pages or the complete book for use as handouts.
