All delivery prices are ROYAL MAIL first class, and should be delivered within 1 or 2 days.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information you give to us will only be used by J.O. Training.

When you place an order, we may need to know your name, billing address, e-mail address,  delivery address and credit/debit card  details. This allows us to process and fulfil your order and enables us to contact you regarding the order. To fulfil your order, your   delivery address will be given to, Royal Mail. No credit/debit card details will be kept by J. O. Training.

J.O. Training uses your email address to contact you about your order or to respond to an enquiry. We will not pass your email        address on to anyone.

We would only disclose your information if required by law, court order or in circumstances where it is judged to be in good faith   belief that disclosure is otherwise advisable.

By using this site, you consent to allow all the above uses of your data. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy from time to time as necessary. Your continued use of this site following the posting of any such changes to these terms will mean you accept the changes.

RETURNS POLICIES:
We have Demos of  the main courses on our website which allows a purchaser to get a good insight into the content of the courses and to see if the course is appropriate to their organisation.
We will replace any CD which is damaged or otherwise unusable on delivery.
We may, in certain circumstances give a full refund if it is deemed appropriate.
