	I am now retired but still very busy, In the past I have had a lot of experience in training. I worked as a tutor involved in food safety courses and have also been a trainer of NVQs. I have tried to write these courses to enable people who do not use computers very often, to easily navigate through the cd. The courses are up to date and comply with all food hygiene regulations. I have spoken to many food proprietors in the past and always get the same story i.e. we send staff out on a course, pay the fee and then after a few weeks they leave, then we have the same process again, and pay once more !

	RETURNS POLICIES: We have Demos of the main courses on our website which allows a purchaser to get a good insight into the content of the courses and to see if the course is appropriate to their organisation. We will replace any CD which is damaged or otherwise unusable on delivery. We may, in certain circumstances give a full refund if it is deemed appropriate.
