Are all your staff trained in Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering ?

As a retired food hygiene course tutor for the Chartered Institute of   Environmental Health, I have spent many months compiling a CD-ROM of the full  Basic Food Hygiene Course, now Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.

This CD-ROM is very easy to navigate and auto-plays from the CD, therefore does not take any room up on your hard drive.
The course is  set out so that anyone can navigate through it,  without being a computer buff. The CD is interactive and includes video clips.   

All your staff can learn all they need to know about basic food hygiene from this CD-ROM, and they will be tested throughout and at the end by question papers, which can be printed out from the disk.
               
This course is all your staff need, It contains all fifteen modules required by law It also shows that the management and staff have shown due diligence in training their food handling employee's.  You can now print out in-house certificates from the CD-ROM for you to display showing that your staff  have been trained in Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.

This CD can be used for a refresher course, which has to be fulfilled every three
years.
